Thebeau Consulting is a residential and commercial building firm, offering complete construction services to Southern Utah and Northern Arizona since 1991. We are licensed both in Utah and Arizona to better serve our clientele. We are one of the largest contractors in the Southern Utah area and are the official county contractor as well. In addition to construction, we offer engineering and design services. We have a team of highly trained, experienced engineers with advanced degrees in civil engineering and design. TC Engineering branched off on its own in 2006 in order to facilitate the heavy demand for engineering and design services. TC Engineering, PC is introducing its new Full Service Land Surveying Department. TC Engineering can meet all of your surveying needs, in Utah, on your schedule. We offer Boundary Surveys, Lot Surveys, Topographical Surveys, Well and Water Proof Surveys and Construction Staking. We use the latest GPS instruments to guarantee accuracy.
Our projects range from small homes construction and renovation to construction of a 40,000 square foot, $4.4 million dollar school in Kanab, Utah and are currently working on several residential subdivisions and commercial retail properties. As well as smaller commercial offices and custom homes.
The Southwest Applied Technology Center was completed in June of 2007. The new school facility provides trade education for high school students and adults. We have also completed construction on our new office facilities and are located at 460 East 300 South in Kanab, stop in to see us some time.
