The Johnson residence is a remodel/addition project. The addition added a 1250 sq ft living area and 600 sq ft garage to an existing 1380 sq ft home. The couple were happy with their location and made the choice to add on to their home, rather than build a brand new home. The exterior was refinished in stucco with matching brick wainscoating and chimney . Many of the existing interior elements were upgraded, such as lighting, paint and hardware.
