The Woodson Residence used to be the Cosio residence. It was completed in February of 2006. This 1,126 square foot home with an approximately 500 square foot walled patio will be receiveing a 230 sq. ft. addition and 675 sq. ft. garage. A log awning will be added to the rear porch area. The addition will extend the second bedroom in to a walk in closet and add a restroom. It will also make the room accessible through the garage.
